After several delays, one of the most anticipated PS5 exclusives finally has a release window, when will Lost Soul Aside debut?

UltiZero Games surprised everyone in 2016 with the reveal of Lost Soul Aside, a striking action-adventure game inspired by Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry, and other acclaimed franchises. Sony was captivated by the project and secured its exclusivity, initially offering it only to PS4 players.

However, the company didn't foresee that Lost Soul Aside, born as part of the China Hero Project initiative, would face multiple delays. The wait has been long, but UltiZero Games is steadily approaching the much-anticipated release of its project.

This morning, the studio released a new trailer for Lost Soul Aside, packed with action and frenetic combat. Additionally, they confirmed its release window and announced that the game will now be available on both PlayStation 5 and PC.

When will Lost Soul Aside debut on PS5 and PC?

In the past, UltiZero Games attempted to release the game multiple times but chose to delay it to meet player expectations and deliver a memorable experience. As a result, the wait for Lost Soul Aside has spanned several years.

Fortunately, Lost Soul Aside now has a new release window. It is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and PC in 2025. While an exact date is not yet available, it is certain to be one of the major releases of the upcoming year.

The title will remain exclusive to PlayStation 5 as it is being distributed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Players can already add the game to their wishlist on the PlayStation Store.

What will Lost Soul Aside offer?

As demonstrated in its latest trailer, Lost Soul Aside will feature epic action-packed moments and an emotional story. Kazer will embark on a quest to save his sister and humanity from a dangerous dimensional invasion.

The combat system draws clear inspiration from Devil May Cry and Final Fantasy XV, two major influences on the project. Players will be able to learn new skills and upgrade the protagonist's weapons to defeat powerful enemies and massive bosses.
