Although there are still very few details about Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, one player has already spotted something that showcases the impressive level of care being put into the animatronics.

While the first movie delivered animatronics faithful to the game, some elements were slightly stylized, creating newer versions. However, for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, they seem to be going for a direction that’s 100% faithful to the game’s designs. The player even remarked that the models appear as if they were lifted directly from Scott Cawthon’s laptop.

Fans think Blumhouse wants to make them happy

This post didn’t go unnoticed by Five Nights at Freddy’s fans. Several users commented, praising the good work Blumhouse did with the first movie and the upcoming sequel.

“I think it shows how much they care about making fans happy. There were many criticisms about the glowing, changing eyes (even though Freddy’s eyes glow when you run out of power in FNaF 1, and I thought they reused it because there were many dark scenes in the first movie, but I’m not sure), but you can tell they care about giving us the movie we want. And in my opinion, they’ve nailed it perfectly. I’m excited to see if they can pull it off again. I think the fact that Toy Freddy’s eyelids are blue is to make him look more like a Toy Animatronic, because in the game FNaF 2 all of them had colored eyelids except him,” said Dmayce22.

Other users pointed out more differences they noticed in what Blumhouse is preparing for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

“It might just be the lighting, but Toy Freddy’s eyelid seems blue. Interestingly, one of the differences between the animatronics in the first movie and the original game (that they could change) were the silver eyelids, because they were originally black.

The only other difference (at least that I know of, besides the red eyes) were Freddy and Bonnie’s fabric bow ties. While I liked how they looked, I wish they made them solid and movable like Freddy’s tie moved in Help Wanted. But for the toys, they were made of plastic, so they had to make the bow ties solid. So I hope they make them movable, because it would look great,” commented floatingonaraft1068.

Find out: Five Nights at Freddy’s was a million-dollar success, and now Blumhouse wants to replicate that formula with Dead by Daylight; the movie for Behaviour Interactive’s game is still far away
