How do the Dragon Balls work in Dragon Ball Daima?

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you know that Shenron, the creature summoned by the Earth's Dragon Balls, originally granted only one wish. Later, we were introduced to Porunga, the Dragon of Namek, who granted three wishes. Not to be outdone, Dende upgraded the Earth's Dragon Balls so Shenron could grant three wishes.

Because of this, many Dragon Ball fans were surprised by the changes in Daima. In Episode 2, Gomah gathers the Dragon Balls to turn Goku, Vegeta, and the rest of the Z Fighters into mini versions, but he had more wishes in mind. Unfortunately for him, Shenron puts a stop to it.

Yes, Shenron can still grant three wishes, but that right is reserved for those who have summoned him multiple times. So, Gomah will have to wait, as not even Neva's abilities will allow him to use the Dragon Balls again right away.

What power does Neva have related to the Dragon Balls?

In case you're wondering, Neva, the Namekian who accompanies Gomah from the Demon Realm, has several abilities related to the Dragon Balls. In fact, he was responsible for creating the Dragon Balls of his realm and their protectors.

One of Neva's abilities is to restore the Dragon Balls from their stone state. However, he cannot use this ability constantly on Earth, so Gomah and the villains will have to find another alternative.
