Xbox Game Pass will soon receive great games from Call of Duty, StarCraft, South Park, and more popular franchises

There is great news for Xbox Game Pass users, as the Microsoft service will end October with outstanding games from major franchises. Thanks to this, console, PC, and mobile device users will be able to enjoy titles from Call of Duty, StarCraft, South Park, and more prominent IPs.

In total, the subscription service will receive 8 new titles in its catalog. Moreover, Microsoft will add important Call of Duty titles to Xbox Cloud Gaming, the cloud gaming service available through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Xbox Game Pass will receive great games and day 1 releases to close October

The next big release for Xbox Game Pass is, without a doubt, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Activision's new game that will arrive as a day 1 release on the service. Additionally, Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will be available via the cloud alongside the new installment of the franchise.

Other notable games coming soon are StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection, Blizzard’s classic RTS games. The second title will include Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, Legacy of the Void, and Nova Covert Ops. Both will arrive at the beginning of November.

A great surprise is the arrival of South Park: The Fractured but Whole, Ubisoft’s acclaimed RPG based on the popular animated franchise. On the other hand, we have MechWarrior 5: Clans, a mech title that will arrive as a day 1 release.

The list is completed with attractive games such as Dead Island 2 for PC and 2 games that will return to the service's catalog: Donut County and Ashen. It’s worth noting that day 1 releases, like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, are not available for the standard Xbox Game Pass plan. Below is the full list of titles:
