Let’s remember that the Prime Gaming program is included at no additional charge in the Amazon service. Each month, active members can subscribe for free to the Twitch channel of their choice and claim cosmetic items and other rewards for a wide range of multiplayer and free-to-play games.
In this line, the subscription service also gives away many video games every month. Recently, Amazon revealed the list of titles it will offer at no extra charge to all subscribers of its paid service. There is good news, as a total of 28 games will be given away, including AAA titles from well-known franchises and highly rated indie games.
Those who claim the free video games through Prime Gaming will be able to keep them forever on PC, even if their membership expires and they do not renew it. The titles are given through codes for GOG, the Epic Games Store, the Amazon app, and the Microsoft Store.
The first wave is already available and consists of 12 experiences. Undoubtedly, the most popular title on the list is DOOM Eternal, the acclaimed FPS from id Software and Bethesda that received a nomination for GOTY in 2020. Another standout title is BioShock Remastered, the enhanced version of the popular action horror game from 2K.
The second batch of gifts will arrive on October 17, although the lineup is less interesting; however, action enthusiasts will be happy to know they can get Killing Floor 2 for free.
The third wave will be available starting October 24 and will add another 6 free games. Finally, the fourth and last batch will premiere on October 31 and will offer 5 titles, including fan favorites like A Plague Tale: Innocence, Death’s Door, and Scorn.
