Players don't want to suffer the same problem as in Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike

After multiple leaks, Valve acknowledged the existence of Deadlock, its new multiplayer title that is in an early stage of development and that, for now, can only be accessed through an invitation.

There are fans of the company who are excited about this new competitive proposal; however, there are players who have already tried it and are worried for one simple reason: the game has not yet debuted and already has its first cheaters.

Of course, this generates uncertainty throughout the community. There are those who fear the worst for the new title, since they remembered the ways in which cheaters ruined their experience in other Valve games, such as Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike.

Videos are circulating on social networks and forums showing the first Deadlock cheaters. Most of them use unpermitted tools to have infallible aim, which gives them an overwhelming advantage during games.

This has many players baffled, wondering why anyone would resort to aim bots in a game that is still in testing and has yet to debut. So Valve fans were disappointed with a portion of the community.

Players recalled how cheats have affected Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike, so they hope Valve will do something about it for the public release of Deadlock. Other players are concerned, as they fear that the company may not be able to control this problem in the future.

In its testing phase, Deadlock has had up to 120,000 users online, so the community believes it will be a resounding success and hopes that cheaters won't become a plague. Some players have even lashed out against users who use perks that are not allowed in the title.

"What a sad existence must one have to cheat in a public alpha test? There aren't even any stakes right now, no leaderboards, no ranks, etc.," said a clearly disappointed player.
