Various dataminers have shared findings of what is coming to the various Fortnite experiences, including LEGO Fortnite. Everything indicates that the characters from Dragon Ball will arrive in the game and will have, for the first time and officially, a LEGO-style design.
Fortnite could make Dragon Ball LEGOs a reality
There are countless Dragon Ball toys on the market, including buildable figures with blocks similar to LEGO. However, the company has never released an official product of the Japanese franchise, so Goku and other characters have not had the distinctive design of their buildable figures.
This could change very soon thanks to Fortnite, as dataminers found clues about the arrival of Dragon Ball characters to LEGO Fortnite. If the information is confirmed, it would be the first time Goku would officially appear as a LEGO figure.
Shiina, a reputed insider for Epic Games, revealed an image showing future characters that will have a LEGO version. Among them are several from Stranger Things and Goku from Dragon Ball.
The image shows the figures for LEGO Fortnite still incomplete, but Goku's is unmistakable due to the character's iconic hair. It is not clear if other Dragon Ball characters will receive the same treatment for the new collaboration.
Fans of the Japanese franchise are very excited, as they like the idea of seeing Goku and company with an appearance like LEGO figures. Some even think this is the first step to having official brand toys based on Toriyama's saga.
