Microsoft Rewards will be more transparent with its users
Microsoft is preparing several surprises for its rewards program. One of them is Rewards Notes, a new option that will keep users informed about all the new features available and planned for the platform.
According to the details, Rewards Notes will be a section where Microsoft will notify users of any adjustments related to how they earn points and redeem rewards.
This new feature will first arrive on Xbox consoles, later on the brand's app, and finally on PC. Rewards Notes is already available to some users, and it’s only a matter of time before it reaches all program members.
"We're kicking off something new here called Rewards Notes. It's a quicker, more direct way for us to share updates, info, and upcoming changes to keep you more connected to Rewards," explained the company.
Additionally, Microsoft will also make it possible to claim points directly from the program's notifications. This way, it will not be necessary to fully enter the platform every time you want to earn points. This new feature will arrive soon, on a date yet to be confirmed.
