It is a mod that allows you to relive the epic adventure of Master Chief from a new perspective, as it modifies the campaign so that it can be played in third person. This peculiar twist was very well received by players, who celebrated the existence of the mod for PC.
Mod turns Halo 2 into a third-person game
Modder Davide Di Fortunato wondered what it would be like to play Halo 2 in third person rather than first person. So he got to work and created the Halo 2: Anniversary Third Person mod, which allows you to enjoy the entire campaign from a new perspective.
The developer explained that due to the changes, he also made some modifications to the operation of certain weapons, such as sniper rifles. These types of weapons work better thanks to adjustments in the zoom settings.
On the other hand, he warned that the mod is activated once the tutorial is completed. The mod is available for Halo: The Master Chief Collection for PC. It can be downloaded from this link and installed in a few minutes.
Di Fortunato has released several updates for his project and several players expect him to continue improving some details of the mod. The community is delighted with his proposal, as many fans believe that Halo 2 looks great in third person.
