Initially, the Beta will take place in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan. However, interested parties should know that it is not necessary to live in one of these regions to register for the test right away.

What will the VALORANT Beta on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S offer?

According to Riot Games, the Beta will offer players a mix of new and old maps. The battle arenas will change over time until the test includes all the maps currently available on PC.

Additionally, the company will initially offer basic and non-competitive game modes, with the goal of familiarizing players with the mechanics before adding competitive queues.

The Beta will only be conducted among console players, excluding the PC community. Finally, it was confirmed that the shooter will feature shared progression across systems. This means that level, currencies, agents, weapon skins, Battle Passes, and their progress will be retained as long as the same account is used.
