Nintendo Switch has in its catalog several games of One Piece, the famous anime and manga by Eiichirō Oda. However, one of the most popular and recent ones is absent from its game library. We refer to One Piece Odyssey, a title from Bandai Namco that was well received by fans of the saga.
Fortunately, this will soon change, as the studio confirmed that a port of the title is on its way to the hybrid console and will arrive this year, in a few months. Best of all, it will include DLC with more adventures for Luffy and exclusive content.
One Piece Odyssey is on its way to Nintendo Switch
One Piece has countless games that have faithfully adapted Oda's popular manga. It also has installments that have opted to revisit the saga from different perspectives and offer new narrative, as is the case of One Piece Odyssey.
The title debuted in early 2023 for PlayStation, Xbox and PC; however, it was left out of Nintendo Switch. Through a press release, Bandai Namco confirmed that the title will finally have a port for the hybrid system and that it will be available in its Deluxe Edition.
The adventure title will be available for Nintendo's console next July 28. We know that it will include Reunion of Memories, DLC where the Straw Hats have a nostalgic adventure.
The surprises don't end there, as the port will feature exclusive content. Fans will be able to wear special outfits for Luffy's entire crew, the Traveling Outfit for Sogeking and costumes inspired by City of Water. Below you can watch a trailer of the announcement:
