Good news for all RPG lovers, as Flint: Treasure of Oblivion has just been announced, a new proposal with elements of strategy and full of pirates that will be released on next-gen consoles and PC later this year.

The teams behind this project are Microids and Savage Level, aiming to offer a promising proposal that will be well-received by fans of the genre.
With the announcement, developers shared an impressive trailer showcasing what the title has to offer. We invite you to take a look and discover it for yourself.
"Flint: Treasure of Oblivion is an opportunity for us to develop a game in a universe that has always fascinated us. This title allows us to inform the general public about what piracy really was, often portrayed in a caricatured and mistaken way; it's the culmination of a rethinking process aimed at advancing the clichés of storytelling in video games," said Savage Level founders, Declares Aurelien and Maxime Josse.
As you could see, Flint: Treasure of Oblivion promises a rich story with deep and accessible gameplay, where you'll embark alongside Captain Flint, his second in command Billy Bones, and his crew of old sailors in search of a legendary treasure promising freedom and fortune.
The game will feature an original narrative using traditional comics as a storytelling medium, and a gameplay system with elements of strategy and turn-based combat with some unique aspects that will be revealed gradually.
A major highlight of the game is that you'll be able to explore a magnificent world, from the French city of Saint-Malo to the exotic landscapes of Central America, all powered by Unreal Engine 5.
Flint: Treasure of Oblivion will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG), in the fourth quarter of 2024.
