There is no doubt that God of War is one of the franchises for which Sony users have bought the consoles. The latest installment can only be enjoyed on PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, but fans will be able to play it in the best way possible without needing one of these systems.
Sony has strongly pushed its initiative to bring its console exclusives to more platforms, with PC being the most important. The catalog is gradually expanding, and a new clue indicates that God of War Ragnarök will join the lineup.
This comes from the user and informant Silknigth, who, when questioned via Twitter (X) about future projects in the SIE Santa Monica Studio series, spoke of a supposed version of God of War Ragnarök for PC.
The wait would be somewhat long, as according to the informant, the supposed project wouldn't be ready before the first quarter of 2025. Although he doesn't rule out the possibility of the title arriving earlier, he considers it unlikely, and if it did happen, it should be seen as a "gift".
God of War Ragnarök coming to PC, should you believe this information?
The informant Silknigth may be new to the leaking scene, but the details he has revealed have proven accurate. He was recently the source that anticipated the PC port of Ghost of Tsushima would be announced on March 6th, which indeed happened.
He is the same source also predicting that The Last of Us: Part II Remastered for PC will be announced next month.
Furthermore, it's not far-fetched to think that the sequel to God of War (2018) is on its way to PC, considering the original title debuted on this platform a while ago.
However, it's worth reminding you that all this information is unofficial, as neither SIE Santa Monica Studio nor PlayStation have spoken about ports of these games to PC, so we invite you to treat it as such.
We'll keep you updated.
