Through its social networks, Capcom made an important announcement for Xbox gamers: one of its titles will disappear from the brand's ecosystem very soon. Fortunately, the company decided to significantly reduce the price of the game and offer it for less than $1 USD, so everyone can get it before it's too late.

Age of Booty will no longer be sold on Xbox very soon

Age of Booty, a game distributed by Capcom and developed by Certain Affinity, will disappear in a few days from the Xbox store. This means that, in the future, the title will no longer be available for purchase in digital format on the brand's ecosystem.

Capcom reported that the game will no longer be offered starting next Thursday, March 28. The company did not explain the reasons for this decision. It only clarified that all players who purchase the title before this date will be able to enjoy it whenever they want.

Likewise, players who already have it in their account will be able to download it at any time. The good news is that Capcom decided to lower the price of the title significantly and offer it at a bargain price. Currently, it is possible to get it for only $0.99 USD.

In case you don't know, Age of Booty is a pirate-themed real-time strategy game. The objective is to invade and plunder various locations at sea, while making upgrades to your ships. The game offers 25 multiplayer maps and the tools to create custom combat zones.

As a curious fact, the title was in charge of Max Hoberman, designer of the multiplayer mode of Halo 2 and Halo 3. Below you can watch a trailer to get to know it better and decide whether to add it to your game collection on Xbox.
