Pokémon GO is about to celebrate Road to Sinnoh, a new edition of the Tour events in its famous game for iOS and Android. As part of this event, Niantic gives you the opportunity to obtain a rare and amazing Pokémon with a code.
The thing is, Pokémon GO gives you the opportunity to get a Rotom, an Electric/Ghost-type Pokémon best known for taking the form of different appliances. While we've seen it in a bunch of forms, it is actually one of the less common creatures in the franchise, and in Pokémon GO, it doesn't appear in the wild.

To get Rotom, all you need to do is redeem the following code:

Once you redeem this code, you will unlock the research task "A ghost in the machine," which you will complete by capturing 30 Pokémon native to Sinnoh. The mission has a deadline of February 25.
When you complete the mission, you'll get the chance to encounter and capture a Rotom. It's worth mentioning that there is a possibility of encountering a shiny or variocolor Rotom, but it is extremely rare. So, consider yourself lucky if that happens.

- Open the main menu with the Poké Ball in the center
