Square Enix had already hinted that they were preparing surprises for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and it seems they will be significant, as an actress portraying one of the protagonists has just suggested that fans should play it without prejudice.
The Final Fantasy VII remake was faithfully executed with many additions that truly feel like an expansion of the original 1997 game. However, much speculation has arisen about the possibility that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will considerably alter the narrative of the original.
Regarding the novelties and just a few weeks before the remake's release, the English voice actress for Tifa Lockhart, Britt Baron, has just made a thoughtful recommendation to fans: play it with an "open mind."

"Oh, God, how much can I spoil?" exclaimed the actress. "My message to the fans is to be excited and have an open mind because I think we have some really fun surprises, and I think we also have fantastic fan service that will make everyone happy."
It's clear that among the surprises, there is fun and fan service, although unfortunately, Baron did not do much to clarify fans' doubts, leaving them with even more questions and impatience to play the remake.
"We can't reveal anything, but I'm very proud," the actress mentioned. "I think it's a really exciting new chapter, and we've truly expanded this world."
