With the evolution of technology and the expansion of popular culture, the entertainment world is gradually breaking down barriers to make events possible that were once unthinkable, as is the case with the live performance that Hatsune Miku will deliver at the world's most significant music festival.

You're not reading it wrong; the iconic Japanese vocaloid will finally make its long-awaited debut at Coachella next April in Indio, California. She will share the stage with dozens of international artists such as Lana del Rey, Bizarrap, Sabrina Carpenter, Grimes, and the successful Mexican singer and songwriter Peso Pluma.

The popular virtual idol and hologram singer was supposed to appear at the event for the first time at Coachella 2020, but it was the fateful year when the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic spread worldwide, forcing the cancellation of the music event.

When will Hatsune Miku perform at Coachella 2024?

The appointment has been pending since then and will finally come to fruition at Coachella 2024. The event organizers have already announced the list of artists that will participate, and among them is Hatsune Miku, who will perform on one of the two Saturdays of the event (April 13 or 20).

It is one of the most popular franchises that has collaborated extensively with other franchises in the world of popular culture or entertainment in general.

The pre-sale of tickets for the event will begin in a few hours, starting from January 19, 2024.

Not even the pandemic prevented Hatsune Miku from stepping onto the legendary stage of Coachella, and it certainly had to happen one way or another. Although not a flesh-and-blood artist, Hatsune Miku is the most important vocaloid in the world and a prolific franchise.

We say this not only because of the tremendous amount of merchandise, especially beautiful figures, but also because since her debut in 2007, Hatsune Miku has managed to transcend various entertainment mediums, such as video games.

There are plenty of rhythm games with Hatsune Miku songs, as well as some unusual collaborations. She has collaborated with several key franchises in this world, such as Pokémon, Fall Guys, and more.
