Moments ago, the official BANDAI NAMCO YouTube account presented the trailer that includes the release date of SAND LAND, an adventure game inspired by the cult manga created by Akira Toriyama. According to the information, this game will debut on April 26th on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC - Steam. The trailer showcases the inspired and respectful art style from the original source, as well as large scenarios and exciting battles against enemies and bosses.

What is SAND LAND, and what is Akira Toriyama's manga about?

SAND LAND is a manga published in Weekly Shōnen Jump from May to August 2000. Its story tells of a world facing a water crisis, and the precious liquid, or what remains of it, is under the control of a tyrant king. Faced with injustice, Sheriff Rao decides to seek help from the demons of Sand Land until encountering Beelzebub, the son of the devil, who decides to accompany him as his region also needs water. Both join forces with the Thief, kicking off this adventure.
