At Jump Festa 2024 it was announced a project that excited fans of Hunter x Hunter: a fighting game based on the anime and manga by Yoshihiro Togashi. Now we know that the project is called Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact, a title that was presented with a teaser that confirms its first playable characters.
Gon, Hisoka and more will fight in Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact is developed by Eighting, a studio made up of creatives who worked on Bloody Roar, Marvel vs. Capcom and Fate/unlimited codes. The company presented its new project with a trailer revealing 6 of the fighters in the roster.
The game promises team fights, where characters like Gon, Killua, Leorio, Kurapika, Hisoka and Netero will fight with their iconic skills and Nen powers. Unfortunately, not much information was shared about the title, so there is still no release date or confirmed platforms for its release.
As expected, Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact will have an anime-style visual appearance, so the characters look just like in the anime series. For now, there is no information about the fighting and special mechanics of the title.
Despite this, fans expect Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact to offer fights similar to those of other titles in the genre based on anime, such as Dragon Ball FighterZ. We won't tell you more and leave you its first trailer below:
