Nintendo Switch 2: insider says acclaimed trilogy will come to console with improvements, should you believe it?

Leak thrilled many gamers, but others took it with reservations

The successor to Switch is still a mystery, so many gamers are hoping Nintendo will finally reveal it in 2024. Reports about the console don't stop and, now, a report claims that 3 popular games will be part of the Switch 2 catalog and that fans will be able to enjoy them again with several improvements.

Beloved trilogy to come enhanced to Nintendo Switch 2?

Although Nintendo hasn't revealed any clues about its next console, there are already reports about possible games that could be coming to it. According to insider Nash Weedle, Switch 2 will receive a beloved trilogy with various improvements that would take advantage of its potential.

The source claims that the Bayonetta titles will be re-released with a Trilogy edition, which would be planned for Switch 2. He also claims that the games will feature various visual and performance enhancements. For now, he only revealed that they will have HDR.

Some people were excited about this supposed leak, as they are excited about the idea of enjoying PlatinumGames games again with better performance. However, some fans doubted this information for one simple reason: the day of its release.

Nash Weedle shared his report last December 28, known as Día de los Inocentes, a holiday equivalent to April Fool's Day in some Spanish-speaking countries. Several players preferred to think that it was a simple coincidence and that the information has a basis; however, the reality is that everything indicates the opposite.
