Silent Hill: Ascension now has a release date; when and at what time will the episodes be released?

After years of anticipation, Konami is finally bringing back Silent Hill, not with just 1 or 2 but several multimedia experiences. The closest one is Silent Hill: Ascension, and we now know when it will be available.

As previously announced on the project's page on the Google Play Store, Silent Hill: Ascension will premiere on Halloween night, October 31, 2023, at 7:00 PM (Mexico City time).

Please note that this is not a game but an interactive series, as the audience will be able to vote to decide the fate of the characters in the story.

When will the Silent Hill series be broadcast?

The interactive series will be broadcast weekly, and the audience can tune in either through the Silent Hill: Ascension app on mobile devices with iOS or Android, or on the project's website, Ascension.com.

Starting on October 31, a new "scene" will be released daily at the same time, where the audience will make live decisions. At the end of the week, there will be an episode that reflects the community's decisions. This will continue until the end of the series, scheduled for May 2024.

Will Silent Hill: Ascension have subtitles or Latin American Spanish dubbing?

According to the details, broadcasts will feature puzzles and quick time events (QTE) linked to the characters' fate.

If you miss any episode or scene, there's no need to worry, as all the material will be available on the project's website, so you can catch up whenever you want, although you won't be able to participate in the live voting.

Unfortunately, it is unknown whether the Silent Hill: Ascension series will have subtitles or Latin American Spanish dubbing at the moment; the only confirmed language is English. However, it's worth mentioning that the Ascension.com website is available in Spanish.

An interesting note is that Genvid Entertainment has revealed that they have "other partnerships" planned, which they will discuss later.
