As part of Tokyo Game Show 2023, Bandai Namco shared a new trailer for SAND LAND. It's an entertaining preview that gives us a deeper look into its world and characters.
One of the most striking elements of the trailer is that it introduces us to a completely original character who did not appear in the SAND LAND manga. Unfortunately, it's a very brief glimpse, so we don't know their name or intentions.

What Will the SAND LAND Game Be About?
According to a press release translated by Gematsu, SAND LAND will be an action RPG where you take on the role of Beelzebub, the protagonist of SAND LAND. Your mission will be to lead your group to develop tanks and other vehicles.
"Dive into a desert world where both humans and demons suffer from an extreme water shortage. Play as and watch the Fiend Prince, Beelzebub, Sheriff Rao and demon Thief set off on an adventure in search of a Legendary Spring hidden in the desert.
In this action RPG, you become the main character as Beelzebub. Lead your company of heroic misfits and explore the legendary world of SAND LAND developed by the creator of Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump, Akira Toriyama.
Use your tact and imagination to develop tanks and other vehicles for your adventures utilizing a wide array of part combinations. Build up your base of operations into a thriving city with the help of the people you meet along the way in the vast desert." the press release says.
