My Hero Academia is undoubtedly one of the most successful action manga and anime of recent years. What happens when a work of fiction becomes extremely popular? It starts to venture into the world of video games. So, Deku, All Might, and company are getting ready to compete in a new free-to-play.
When will My Hero Ultra Rumble debut?
Mid-last year, we told you about My Hero Ultra Rumble, a free Battle Royale based on the manga by Japanese author Kōhei Horikoshi. Since then, dozens of players had the opportunity to participate in multiple open and closed betas.
After a long wait, Bandai Namco shared a new trailer that showcases this proposal in action and reveals the characters that will be part of the battles. Additionally, it confirms the release date.

Fortunately, we won't have to wait long to enjoy My Hero Ultra Rumble. At the end of the trailer, the Japanese company revealed that the free-to-play game based on the animated series will be available starting on September 28th. So, we are just a week away from the official launch.
It's interesting that this Battle Royale is right around the corner. We say this because last week, new My Hero Academia characters arrived in the Fortnite store.
What is My Hero Ultra Rumble?
My Hero Ultra Rumble is an online competitive game where 8 teams of 3 players face off in an arena to be the last one standing. It sets itself apart from other genre offerings like Fortnite and CoD: Warzone thanks to its characters, who have unique abilities and roles.
So, in this Battle Royale, there are also elements of hero shooters, and a significant part of the strategy revolves around team composition.
