RUMOR: Nintendo and LEGO are preparing Animal Crossing sets

The new collaboration between both companies would include several products.

After the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons in 2020, many fans have imagined fantastic LEGO sets of the franchise. All proposals were rejected, but it seems that this time Nintendo had a good reason to ignore them, as the clues suggest they have plans to release official sets of the IP.

We know this thanks to a couple of sources that assure that Nintendo and LEGO are planning a new collaboration involving the simulation franchise.

The first one was exabrickslegogo_, a well-known source for LEGO leaks, backed up by a later video from YouTuber Brick Clicker.

When will the LEGO sets of Animal Crossing debut?

exabrickslegogo_ indicated that the collaboration would consist of 5 sets, with identification numbers 77046, 77047, 77048, 77049, and 77050. The cheapest one would cost $14.99 USD, and the most expensive would be the last one, priced at $74.99 USD, with 535 pieces.

Naturally, there are not many details about these products, but exabrickslegogo_ anticipated that the sets would be scheduled for release in March 2024. Until now, neither LEGO nor Nintendo have spoken about it, so we invite you to take this as unofficial information.

It's important to remember that since the debut of LEGO figures for Super Mario, the collaboration has been so successful that both companies have released figures from Luigi's Mansion and Donkey Kong franchises. Considering that Animal Crossing became extremely popular after the last iteration, it's not far-fetched to think that Nintendo would want to capitalize on the IP's momentum.

Parece que o Forsetes e o Sath gostam bastante do Homem de Ferro
