Reliable source that accurately leaked Switch information reveals the release window

It seems that we are getting closer to the successor of the Nintendo Switch, as beyond the fact that the current and successful hybrid console from Nintendo is nearing its end, other sectors related to what could be the new system from the Japanese company are hinting at its imminent announcement. Recently, information from China reveals what could be the release window for the new console.

Company specialized in console assembly anticipates the debut of the Switch successor

According to information from the Chinese website MoneyDJ (via Wccftech), the company Hongzhun, specialized in console casing manufacturing, assembly, and heat dissipation modules, expects its financial records to increase starting from the first quarter of 2024. The reason? According to the report, the Chinese company anticipates a boost in their business due to the release of Nintendo's new console, which would take place in the first quarter of next year, sometime between January and March 2024, recalling that the Switch debuted on March 3, 2017.

The new Nintendo console will debut in the first quarter of 2024

It should be noted that Hongzhun manufactures products for the iPhone line and within the report, they consider that their first quarter of next year will deliver positive numbers thanks to the commercial performance of Apple's product and the release of Nintendo's new console.

While this could be seen as just another rumor about the successor to the Switch, it's important to consider that this site was one of the first to reveal information about the existence, presentation, and release of the Switch when it was only known as a project under the codename NX. The site is not specialized in video games, and its sources come from the technology sector.

Will the announcement and release be this quick? It wouldn't be surprising if that's the case, as in the case of the hybrid console, Nintendo officially confirmed its existence in October 2016, followed by the official presentation in January 2017, and the release in March of that same year, all within a span of 5 months.

Recently, Nintendo has started talking about the transition period between consoles, anticipating that there will be news about their next system soon, and they have made it official that the user account created for the Switch will carry over to the new generation.
