According to a recent social media post and information from insider "HYPEX" (via VGC), sportswear brand Nike will join forces with Fortnite: Battle Royale for the realization of an event considered as "the ultimate sneaker hunt" which would take place in the game in the coming days. In that sense, Nike's preview assures that the tennis hunt will begin tomorrow, June 20, and members of their online platform .Swoosh will participate.

Precisely, that is where the detail lies that allows us to consider the bad part of this news because, given that the .Swoosh platform is a Web 3.0 related to the controversial NFTs and similar digital content, it seems that the collaboration between Nike and Fortnite: Battle Royale will be about that and will not be available to players who are not part of the sportswear brand's platform.
