The promising psychological horror game Luto is also coming to Xbox

The title will have a physical release, and some players can already try it out

Although Summer Game Fest 2023 has already passed, there are still games to be announced. Today, the Future Games Show Summer Showcase 2023 was held, which gave a glimpse of promising indie games, such as a P.T.-style one that looks promising and that you can already try.

We're talking about Luto, a psychological horror game that we've talked about a couple of times and that will be a first-person narrative adventure that will put you in the shoes of a subject who suffers from anxiety and depression resulting from the recent loss of a loved one, which prevents him from leaving his house.

WHEN WILL LUTO BE AVAILABLE?

Developer Broken Bird Games took advantage of this new event to share a new trailer for Luto that shows its gloomy environments and paranormal events that the protagonist will have to deal with and that will be difficult to discern from reality.

One detail to take into account is that Luto is not suitable for all ages, as it "contains representations of anxiety, depression, and suicide," so it may not be suitable for certain people.

Unfortunately, this last presentation was not used to reveal a release date or window, but it is anticipated that it will arrive "soon."

LUTO WILL ALSO ARRIVE ON XBOX AND YOU CAN ALREADY TRY IT OUT

The good news is that it was confirmed that Luto will also arrive on Xbox Series X|S, in addition to the PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) versions. The bad news is that apparently, the PlayStation 4 version was discarded.

However, if you are a PlayStation 5 user, there is good news because Briken Bird Games partnered with the Spanish distributor Selecta Play for the distribution of Luto, which will include physical versions for the PlayStation 5 console. The other platforms will only have digital releases, but Broken Bird Games anticipated that more news is coming.

There is also good news for PC players as the developer has just released a demo on Steam, so you can already play the game and try out its proposal. Just keep in mind that you may encounter certain bugs or performance deficiencies since it is an unfinished version.

Below we leave you with the new trailer for Luto.
