"Everyone is excited about the final arc of One Piece, but I am really looking forward to having surgery. So, I have decided to have the operation to make laser beams come out of my eyes! The more I joke about it, the more people will worry, so I'll tell the truth.
Lately, I see a lot of twins around, but it turns out that I have severe astigmatism. Things look very blurry to me. This affects my work, so last year I talked to the chief editor about it. He said 'Go ahead!', so I'll come back with much better vision than before. And, I'll learn to shoot laser beams from my eyes," explained Oda.
