Epic Games wants to give you more reasons to use the Epic Games Store. That's why starting today, they've prepared a new system that will refund you money with every eligible purchase you make in their PC game store.
Epic Games announced the launch of Epic Rewards, a new reward and loyalty system for the Epic Games Store. It's a system that will refund you 5% of your purchases as Epic Rewards balance that will be added to your digital wallet two weeks (14 days) after completing the associated purchase. For example, if you buy a $60 USD game, you'll receive $3 USD in Epic Rewards balance that you can take advantage of for your next purchase.
Epic Rewards are available on eligible purchases on games, applications, downloadable content, subscriptions, or coins sold on the Epic Games Store. It's worth mentioning that not all products will be eligible, but it will apply to one of the store's most popular products: Fortnite and its V-Bucks.
Once you have Epic Rewards balance, you can use it to get discounts on future purchases or use it later. It's worth mentioning that you can also combine it with other promotions to receive better discounts and even some free games.
It's worth noting that Epic Rewards balance expires 25 months after it was generated. The good news is that the program is completely free, and you don't even have to sign up to start enjoying all its benefits.
