It's a good day to be an RPG fan and own an Xbox. We say this because it has just been confirmed that one of the most anticipated RPGs of the year will indeed be coming to Xbox X Series, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One.

In an update on its Kickstarter, Sabotage Studios confirmed that Sea of Stars will also be coming to Xbox consoles. Thus, the long-awaited RPG inspired by the golden age of JRPG will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S starting August 29, 2022.

"Since the very beginning, we were secretly hoping to be able to cover all current and previous generation consoles. With production being a world of curve balls, we had to leave the messaging at 'PC and Consoles' to avoid having to walk some things back. With the big unknowns now in the rearview, we are delighted to finally confirm the addition of Xbox to the party," explained the studio.

It is worth mentioning that the Sea of Stars demo, which is already available for Nintendo Switch, is on its way to more platforms. Thus, you will be able to play it on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation before the end of the year.
