At the beginning of 2023, Xbox confirmed that it would return to Los Angeles in June with a face-to-face event where it will present its upcoming projects. There are still a few months to go before the unique showcase, so we must be patient. Luckily, we won't have to wait until that happens for new surprises.
During a recent interview with Xbox On, Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, talked about various topics related to the company's current affairs. He revealed that much of the studio's efforts focus on next summer's event. However, he sentenced that there would be some news that would arrive before.

Although he refrained from revealing more information about it, the executive announced that "it will be things similar to what we did with the GoldenEye ad; I think about that kind of ad." He also commented that these releases would come to Game Pass and other services.
In case you don't know, the arrival of GoldenEye to the Microsoft service was an open secret for months. The real surprise was that it would arrive on Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S a few days after the official announcement. On the other hand, HI-FI RUSH caught the attention of locals and strangers due to its immediate release after its revelation in the last Developer_Direct.
Of course, it's hard to know exactly what Phil Spencer and Xbox studios are preparing. What seems to be a reality is that the most important announcements will be shown in the summer event.
