Reggie confirms again that he is not convinced of Virtual Reality

The industry is taking exciting steps to add virtual reality to the gaming experience. However, the advances seem slower than expected, and only a small sector uses this technology. Because of this, personalities like Reggie Fils-Aimé remain unconvinced of their characteristics.

As you will surely remember, the good Reggie has always declared himself a great fan of new technologies and the creativity to use them. However, the former president of Nintendo of America has remained very restrained when it comes to virtual reality.

Now, the businessman shared a tweet in which he talks about the subject once again, where you can see a graph showing virtual reality's reach in recent years and what is expected for those who come.

As you can see, the graph shows that even by 2027, the sector that uses VR will be minimal, so Reggie believes that this option in video games will continue to be a niche market until there is something different that everyone wants to play.

Taking this into account, and as long as things continue in the same direction, it seems that the technology's future will remain an option for a small segment of the community.
