One of the most important Nintendo events every year is the awaited Nintendo Direct. Among the variety of announcements and trailers that we were able to witness in this live broadcast on the afternoon of February 8, we could witness at the end the surprise trailer of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
WHAT WILL THE COLLECTOR'S EDITION OF THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: TEARS OF THE KINGDOM INCLUDE?
Nintendo did not specify the contents of the collector's edition on stream, but we can now see on the official game's page what it has, the package will include The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (physical version), Artbook, SteelBook case, Steel Poster of Link in the heights, and a set of four pin badges. All this will be inside a specially designed collector's box.
It's also worth noting that this new title is compatible with Amiibo. Just as shared on the official site, the new Link's Amiibo "will launch alongside the game on May 12. By tapping this amiibo, you can receive weapons and materials, as well as a special fabric for Link’s paraglider. If you scan an amiibo from The Legend of Zelda series, you can receive helpful materials, weapons, or a paraglider fabric based on the amiibo you scanned."

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be released on May 12, 2023. Both the collector's edition and the amiibo will be available on the same day the game is released.
