December 8, 2022, was a day of many surprises during the big annual The Game Awards 2022 event. One of the most unexpected announcements was Judas, the next title developed by Ghost Story Games who created the renowned and beloved BioShock franchise, and now we have a release window date for their new title.
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick spoke in an interview with IGN and revealed the time frame in which we can expect the release of Judas to happen. At the moment we know that it will happen sometime before the end of March 2025. This is because the publisher will release a whopping 87 games between fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2025. And Judas is confirmed to be launched in that time frame.
Keep in mind that just as the title could be playable sometime in 2024, there's also the possibility that it could be late 2025. But, why should we think that Judas could experience a release date? You might ask. Take-Two has acknowledged that there have been delays in release dates in the past, and they are not afraid to make a respective delay announcement if it happens, although there is confidence that all will go as scheduled.
"We feel really stable right now. I feel great about our upcoming schedule," said Zelnick. "Of course, there's always the possibility of some slippage but the teams seem to be functioning really well and I'm optimistic about delivering great titles to the marketplace on an ongoing basis."

A quick reminder that Judas is a single-player, narrative first-person shooter that's coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store.
