Although it is possible to experience the acclaimed Ray Tracing feature for a more unique and higher quality focused gaming experience that can make a game's setting much more realistic, not all games have this feature.

And with the courtesy of Digital Foundry, we can witness all the titles that enjoy this by testing them on the Xbox Series S specifically with a video they shared via YouTube where games like Metro Exodus, Fortnite, and The Matrix Awakens are showcased.

One of the most recent trends in technology and video games is the Ray Tracing feature. This can be enjoyed from the different consoles with support, such as PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S consoles, and on PC using one of the latest graphics cards, such as the GeForce RTX.

Oliver Mackenzie reports on the different titles that support RT on the Xbox Series S console and showcases the comparison between the Quality and Balanced modes it offers. While it is still a little limited for the console as the RT demands more GPU, memory, and bandwidth limitations, we can see how well these games perform.

As a little advance, the titles showcased in the video below are the following: Metro Exodus, Fortnite, The Matrix Awakens, Resident Evil 2/3/7, and Village, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Deliver Us The Moon, Little Nightmares 2, Observer: System Redux, Crysis Remastered, F1 2021/2022, Forza Horizon 5, and Watch Dogs Legion.

We are currently a few years away from Ray Tracing becoming a more accessible and more common feature to see in games. While the main limitation for gamers is having the necessary equipment to support RT for economic reasons, once this is no longer a difficulty it will be much more normal to see this type of game that anyone will have access to from their homes.

Have you already tried any of the titles that support RT yet? If so, share your experience with us in the comments!
