We are a few hours away from Fire Emblem Engage being released exclusively for Nintendo Switch, so surely many fans of the saga are already impatient to play it. If you are one of them, you better prepare to update it before launching it.
As you surely know, it will be this Friday, January 20, when all Fire Emblem followers can start a new adventure, in which several surprises and the return of several heroes of the saga are expected.
However, its makers have just released the 1.1.0 update for the game, so you will need to download it before you swing your sword and start the intense battles.
This is what the patch includes:
-Expansion Pass Support
-Adds a link to the "Additional Content" page in Nintendo eShop to the title screen
-Adds a bonus for downloading the free upgrade, which can be claimed at the Somniel in Chapter 5
-Enable features that require an Internet connection
As you can see, and for you to have the best experience, you better have an internet connection the first time you access the title, so you don't have any problems playing it.
We remind you that this installment of Fire Emblem takes place in Elyos, a continent made up of 4 nations that surround a Sacred Land, where a cruel war against the Fallen Dragon was unleashed a thousand years ago, for which heroes from other worlds were summoned to help them. However, certain signs portend the imminent return of this fearsome enemy and will have to be faced again.
Fire Emblem: Engage will arrive exclusively on Nintendo Switch next Friday, January 20.
