Company of Heroes 3 has been meticulously redesigned for consoles with intuitive full controller support, custom console UI, and features that allow you to play at your own pace like Tactical Pause.

All of these will make for an incredible strategy experience while playing on your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series S|X. As usual, the game is also available for PC via Steam and it is possible to play for free in the multiplayer play-test in just a few steps.

How to play the multiplayer play-test for free

First of all, you must go to the game's Steam page which you can access by clicking here. Then go to the third option located on the left side of the page that reads "Join the Company of Heroes 3 Playtest" and click the "Request Access" button. A screen will appear asking you to confirm your intention to join the technical test of the game; confirm it.

If all went well, the option to request access will have disappeared and a message will appear telling you that we have requested access and asking you to watch for "an email notification from Steam when the developer is ready to accept more participants".

Twitter giveaway

It was also shared on the official Twitter account an exclusive giveaway named "Tech Test Giveaway" in celebration of the previously mentioned multiplayer play-test announcement.

You can participate by downloading and playing the Multiplayer Tech Test, then take a screenshot of your gameplay from the Tech Test and finally reply to the Twitter post below, attaching your screenshot, while tagging the post with our #COH3TechTest.

With only that you can enter to win one of the ten Steam digital copies of Company of Heroes 3 Pre-order edition or one of the five awesome CoH3 swag kits. It is open to entrants who live in the EU, USA, and Canada.
