Earlier this Monday, January 9, it was officially announced that Oreo collaborated with Xbox to bring you themed cookies with the Xbox icon and recognizable controller buttons. With these cookies, you can make secret code-like combinations and scan them for exclusive rewards in various games or real life.
Although this event is only available for 22 European countries, this announcement may also serve as a notice that it will soon be implemented in the United States as well, either with Oreo or with some other brand. What are the prizes?
In this event, you need to arrange the correct combination of Xbox-designed cookies as if you were putting a cheat code in a game, and then scan it to confirm if it gives you any of the different prizes. There are in-game and real-life prizes that you can win, so try to do a wide variety of codes to increase your chances of winning.
The in-game prizes are "exclusive Oreo-themed content, such as armor packs and vehicle skins for popular titles like Forza Horizon 5, Sea of Thieves, and Halo Infinite."
Regarding the real-life prizes, as stated in the Xbox announcement, "participants will be entered into the draw to win prizes ranging from custom Oreo hardware, Xbox consoles, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate memberships, and a holiday experience for the whole family, subject to regional availability."
