Today we have a story that could inspire you. The protagonist is Grant Kirkhope, one of the composers behind providing sound for several video games, including Donkey Kong. Some might think that with this franchise on his resume, no one would deny him anything, but that has not been the case.

In addition to his work with the Nintendo franchise, Kirkhope has been instrumental in scoring various video games during his 25+ year career; GoldenEye, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Viva Piñata, Civilization: Beyond Earth, Mario + Rabbids series, Yooka-Laylee series, A Hat in Time, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, Minecraft Dungeons: Hidden Depths, and the list goes on and on,
Impressive, right? Despite this, the composer and dubbing actor of Scottish origin has not been saved from being rejected, as he recently shared through social networks.
In a recent post on his Twitter account, he shared a Spotify list made up of the songs that have been rejected.

Although the list was created a couple of years ago, we thought it would be a good idea to share it with you around this time, just like Grant did.
The response from his followers has been quite favorable, with several praising the entire list or some songs in particular. Taking advantage of the comments, Kirkhope advises people to never give up.
