Stalker 2's long-awaited new gameplay video ideally takes us back to the Zone of Exclusion to give us a glimpse of the post-apocalyptic settings and survival horror-tinged experience in GSC Game World's long-awaited open-world shooter.
The new trailer packaged by the Kyiv-based development house re-embraces the terrifying scenarios of Stalker 2 to show them to us through the eyes of the exploiters who have arrived on site to unlock its secrets.
What we know so far
After all, the folks at GSC Game World have repeatedly referred to the Stalker 2 zone as "the most dangerous and mysterious place on Earth," a lawless, radioactive hell populated by mutants and jackals looking for explorers to plunder.
Once past the Perimeter that delimits the frightening Contaminated zone of Stalker 2, an immense, ever-changing region will then await us, a Dantesque circle littered with dangers and monsters of all sorts that will contribute to making the experience returned to the screen even more immersive and terrifying, for fans of the genre.

Stalker 2 is scheduled to be released in 2023 on PC and as a console exclusive on Xbox Series X/S.The Ukrainian developers take the opportunity offered by the new gameplay trailer to confirm the arrival of Stalker 2 Heart of Chornobyl on day one on Game Pass.
