Today we have to give some unfortunate news that impacts both the world of video games and anime. According to the Office PAC talent agency, the Japanese voice actress, Hitomi Suzuki, has passed away.

According to this weekend's report from the agency, Suzuki, born in Chiba on June 21, 1996, passed away on December 18 due to cancer. She was 26 years old.

She leaves a remarkable resume

Despite her young age, the actress already had quite an important and promising resume, having participated in both anime and video game projects.

Her career in anime includes participation in Otoha Biwakōji in the Kimi no Koe or Todoketai film and lending her voice to the princess in the Usuzumizakura -Garo- film. Similarly, she has played unnamed characters in anime such as No Guns Life, Overlord II, Woodpecker Detective's Office, and The World Ends with You the Animation.

As far as video games are concerned, she worked on projects for two of Capcom's most beloved franchises worldwide: Resident Evil Resistance and Monster Hunter Stories 2.

Hitomi also participated in foreign animations such as Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures and Octonauts & The Great Barrier Reef. She also made works of narration and radio. Her hobbies included drawing and playing instruments.

According to the official statement, the funeral was carried out only by his relatives, as requested by the grieving family.
