Initially announced during the Xbox and Bethesda E3 2021 showcase, Redfall was a complete surprise but sadly it didn’t have a specific release date back then, later we only knew that it has the possibility to be released at end of March 2023, with a one-week early access release; however, this doesn’t stop Arkane Studios to delay the game, again.

According to an insider the game has been delayed six weeks, and will now be aiming for an early May release.
Update on Redfall's release date.

Have heard that it's been pushed back internally by about 6 weeks. Currently targeting an early May release.
Unfortunate news but I'm sure it's for the best. https://t.co/JuytC5KxWw pic.twitter.com/PIsBaH24y3
This is the second delay in this production, the first one was announced on May this year, which according to the insider seems to be for the best as it will help the team at Arkane studios to fine-tune the game and polish every aspect of it before it goes live.
Delays shouldn't be a surprise by now, as this year was filled with them, either from big or small productions, each studio had its reasons for taking the necessary time. In a way, this benefits us as fans because this is the only way we can presumably have a product with a higher quality than we thought.
What do you think about all the delays this 2022? Will 2023 be the same? Remember to share your thoughts in the comments below and don't forget to check out the latest Redfall trailer:
