We are less than a month away from the premiere of the great HBO production, The Last of Us series.
The premiere will be on February 15 and available on HBO Max; as you probably already imagine, the fans' hype is through the roof.
On the other hand, we have received the news that the famous actor Jensen Ackles an American actor known for his participation in the Supernatural and The Boys series. During a recent convention, he announced that he wanted to give life to the protagonist of The Last of Us in the next adaptation that will arrive on HBO Max in early 2023.

JENSEN ACKLES AS JOEL IN THE LAST OF US SERIES?
The celebrity assured at a recent Supernatural event that he wanted to play Joel Miller in the live-action series. He comments that he lobbied hard to get the role, but he thinks he never had a chance to get it.
“I really pushed hard, but I don't think he was really in the mix or even had a chance to get the role of Pedro Pascal in The Last of Us. It was way above my radar," Jensen Ackles told fans at the event.

Although this news will disappoint some people, everything seems to indicate that we will soon see more of the actor. We say this because Jensen Ackles revealed that he will travel to Los Angeles, United States, to film for a whole day for a video game project. Of course, he refrained from revealing more details about it, so we will have to wait to find out what he is up to.
We remind you that Pedro Pascal will give life to Joel in the live-action series of The Last of Us, while the young actress Bella Ramsey will play Ellie. Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson, who voice characters in Naughty Dog's video games, will join the HBO production in supporting roles.
