We continue with Nintendo's long-awaited holiday event "Inside the House of Indies." Today is the second day and it brings us 4 more titles that you should add to your Nintendo Switch library. The titles you can get starting today are The Captain and The Punchuin, while the remaining Risk of Rain Returns and The Gecko Gods will be out in 2023.

What are today's announcements?

The Gecko Gods is a new title being developed by Louis Waloschek and will release in 2023. You have to "explore a mysterious island, complete ancient puzzles, effortlessly climb cliffs, and eat bugs as you make your way across an island civilization lost to time as a tiny gecko." It really is a nice-looking game to try out!

With The Captain, you'll find a unique experience with multiple endings to it. This retro-inspired adventure game was developed by Sysiac Games, and they provide us with the following game overview:

"You will have to race back home across the galaxy. Collect new friends on your journey. Make new enemies. You won't be able to save everyone. Who will you leave behind? Which civilizations will you save, or destroy, along the way? The decisions are all up to you."

One of the most exciting announcements was the revelation of Risk of Rain Returns coming in 2023. This title
is a remaster from the 2013 original, and game developers Hopoo Games stated the following regarding it:

"Carefully designed, beautifully remastered, and loaded with new ways to play. Risk of Rain is back and better than ever! This remake of the classic Risk of Rain packs enhanced visuals, an updated codebase, and tons of new content."

Last but not least, we got another exciting game reveal. It is The Punchuin, developed by Shin'en (who also made Fast RMX and The Touryst) and describes this brand-new beautiful game as follows:

"You are on a quest to solve the mystery of the treasure of Punch Mountain. Punch your way down, collect money and diamonds, improve your punching skills and make some new friends along the way. Punch your way to the treasure in single-player Adventure mode or play against your friends using the split screen in Versus mode."
