SPY x FAMILY has been one of the biggest animes of the year. Wait… you did not watch it yet? Because you are missing out! The first part had extremely high TV ratings at least in Japan, actually, for the anime’s second part the president of TV Tokyo announced that the premiere was the best among all programs on all stations for the July 2022 season.
Need more reasons? The anime was in first place as the most-watched series on Crunchy Roll for three months. We know that sometimes popular doesn’t mean great but in this particular case SPY x FAMILY is a great crossover between action-packed and a heartwarming story.

Now that you know why these series are so popular let us let you that recently in the JUMP Super Stage during Jump Festa 2023 was confirmed that Season 2 is currently in production alongside a SPY x FAMILY movie, both set for a 2023 release.
Of course, as we are used to, a commemorative visual for the movie drawn by series creator Tatsuya Endo was released.

As expected we don’t have many details, as it was mentioned that the SPY x FAMILY movie will feature an original story by Tatsuya Endo, who is also supervising the film alongside creating the original character designs for the new characters that will feature, aside from that we don’t have anything else. But don’t worry, details may start emerging next year as the premiere date approaches.
