Announced during TGA 2022, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon instantly became one of the most anticipated titles of 2023. Meanwhile, the new FromSoftware-branded production has appeared on the Japanese PlayStation Store, where the official card for the ultra-tech mech-based title is online.
The site offers a generic description of Armored Core 6 and merely allows adding the game to one's wish list. As mentioned, the page is online only in Japan, but it is likely that it will soon be online in Europe and North America as well.
What we know so far
"'Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, the newest instalment in the Armored Core series of action games that features various missions with original mecha created by rearranging their parts. This work is a new action game that offers a novel perspective on the concept of the Armored Core series, while leveraging the knowledge and experience gained from FromSoftware's action game development," reads the product description.
The text does well to remind us how the development house headed by Hidetaka Miyazaki has accumulated a lot of experience in recent years with the souls-borne strand and Sekiro Shadows Die Twice. After taking home the Game of the Year award twice in a row with Sekiro and Elden Ring, FromSoftware is about to return to one of its storied series, and we can't wait to find out how the franchise will evolve.

In case you missed it: Fortnite is the most searched video game on P0rnhub.
Armored Core VI was first announced at The Game Awards and was entrusted to Masaru Yamamura, which is why Miyazaki said he was jealous of the development team.
