Tokyo Revengers will air its second season on Disney+.

Through a statement (via ANN), Kodansha, the publisher of the franchise's broadcast rights, announced that the second season, Christmas Showdown, will premiere in January 2023 through Disney+.

In Asia, the anime will stream exclusively on Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar starting in January, although previous anime titles have streamed in other regions on Disney's other services.

Takemichi Hanagaki is a worker who hit rock bottom. At one point, he discovers that Hinata Tachibana, the only girlfriend he has ever had in his high school years, was murdered at the hands of the Tokyo Manji gang. The day he hears the news of her death, he is at the train station when someone pushes him onto the tracks. He closes his eyes thinking that he is about to die, but when he opens them, without knowing how, it turns out that he went back 12 years in time. He will now be able to relive those days that he considered the best of his life, and Takemichi will try to take revenge on whom he killed his beloved.
