As the community reports the prediction of a distorted RNG in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Fighting Stage, Trainers run into yet another glitch.
Indeed, a glitch related to the duplication of Pocket Monsters has finally made its way into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The infamous issue, which has often manifested itself in the series over the years, this time stars legendary creatures.
How does it work?
It seems that several users have managed to generate duplicates of Koraidon and Miraidon during their adventures in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. Specifically, having passed the Zero Area of Paldea and unlocked the Battle Form of the Legendaries, one can exploit a glitch to obtain an identical copy in every way.
The trick lies in depositing the Legendaries in the boxes, a theoretically impossible action but one that some players seem to have enacted simply by sending very quick inputs to the title. The result of such an operation is the duplication of Miraidon and Koraidon, which should appear in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet as one.
In case you missed it: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are the new Cyberpunk: 2077?
However, Game Freak could resolve the issue through an ad hoc intervention. In February, a particular patch had, in fact, blocked cloned creatures in Pokémon Shining Diamond and Shining Pearl.
