Most of fans love Princess Peach's voice in The Super Mario Bros. Movie

The second trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie has been just revealed today and most fans' reactions are of love for Princess Peach's voice given by actress Anya Taylor-Joy. Others are expressing the opposite.

The opinions that the trailer is receiving are excellent when it comes to what was witnessed such as the beloved characters from the Super Mario and Donkey Kong Country sagas revealed, the Mario Kart scene happening along with the famous rainbow road, the music, and the visuals. The voice acting is what seems to split people's thoughts.

There are many positive comments regarding Anya voicing Peach, it's common to find similar opinions over different social media such as the following:

• "This movie seems incredible, Peach's voice is really good, and everything seems to be filled with a lot of good references to older games, I'm actually excited for this."

• "I didn’t know what Anya sounded like until this video, and now I think she perfectly fits the type of Princess Peach they are going for."

On the other hand, we have words stating from disagreement to displeasure with Peach's voice. Some light ideas shared over social media and the trailer are:

• "The animation looks really good and looks like an interesting story but the voices will take some getting used to."

• "I think it looks amazing! And I can't wait. I just wish they stuck a tiny bit more true to some voice acting. Such as Peach in this one, I really feel needs a higher-pitched voice. Otherwise, I'll still watch the heck outta this movie and I'm sure I'll love every second of it."

Some fans probably don't have issues with the voices and are mostly hyped because of the appearance of beloved characters like Funky Kong from the Donkey Kong Country saga or the Yoshies.
