After Deep Silver Dambuster Studios announced the delay of Dead Island 2 from early February to late April we thought we will not see any news from the game at least for the rest of the year, however, we have been proved wrong after today the studio announced a special showcase.
In case you missed it: Dead Island 2 is alive and looking better than ever! but is exclusive to the Epic Games Store on PC
The showcase will take place on December 6 at 1 pm PT on the official Dead Island YouTube channel and according to the little information provided, it will feature an exclusive gameplay reveal, showcased through an exciting cinematic live-action pulp adventure.
Also, we will get an exclusive first look at very specific game features and more “gory” details that the team at Deep Silver Dambuster seem very excited to share with fans.

In case you are not familiar with the Dead Island series you should know that contrary to its name, this is the third instalment of the series however a direct sequel to the first Dead Island as Dead Island: Riptide served as an expansion of the first one.
On the other hand, what differentiates DI2 from its predecessors is that this time the story takes place in the quarantined city of Los Angeles or now named Hell-A.
Remember, Dead Island 2 will arrive on April 28 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
